The room had a surprisingly new and modern interior, complete with a microwave and refrigerator, which was convenient. The proximity to Whittier College was a plus. The on-site parking was sufficient and made me feel secure about my vehicle.

Felt privileged, no complaints at all.

We really loved our air conditioned rooms and the staff was accommodating.

This hotel had great value for money and was located in a decent area with everything you need around. The renovated rooms were clean and attention has been paid to even the basic amenities such as having a fridge and microwave. The staff also offered a breakfast with more options included.

No negative aspect to mention, all was ok.

We informed the owner/manager that we would be arriving late in the evening. He said, "no problem, just ring outside bell." Room appeard to have new carpet, new bedspread, new curtains. We had a nice size microwave and larger than normal room fridge. Furniture was highly polished and in excellent condition. Coffee pot, hair dryer, iron and ironing board were all newer looking, great TV too. Since we were on the 3rd floor we appreciated the elevator. It was a nice room and we will stay there again when we are in that area.

Towels were rough. Not much of a selection for breakfast, but fresh and filling. We appreciated what we had to eat.

I recently stayed at Lambert Inn in Whittier for a bikers event, and it was only a 5-minute drive away. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The price was very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even printed out directions for me when I needed help finding my way around. The manager/owner was particularly nice and accommodating. Plus, there's a fantastic Salvadoran restaurant and some fast food places just around the corner from the hotel.

I had a great experience at the hotel and can definitely recommend it.

Located in a great town,and money for value.

This hotel boasts a great location for non-smokers, with designated non-smoking areas easily accessible. The room service is excellent, with prompt and friendly staff. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a lot of variety for guests. The view from the hotel room is stunning, with clear views of the surrounding cityscape. As a tourist, I enjoyed the leisure facilities, which included a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area.

One aspect of this hotel could use improvement, and it is related to noise levels. Despite being in a quiet location, the hotel walls could be thicker to block out noise from neighboring rooms.

The staff was accommodating and nice. Comfy beds. Air conditioner/heater in the room. Clean and nice room on a pretty campus.

Couldn't stay longer.

what I liked about Lambert Inn is that you can get the same amenities as the high priced hotels right in your own backyard.

I would like to see two pillows more than the two small pillows currently on the king beds.

Room was very clean, except for the tiles in bathroom area. Bathtub was not very clean but towels were clean. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave made a great addition. The TV was good and so was the king size bed!, very comfortable.

Breakfast was not that good, only some cereal boxes (trial size) and some pastries (not good)

This hotel was impressive for the value. The rooms were spotlessly clean and newly renovated, making my stay very comfortable. The basic amenities provided were adequate and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was quiet and felt secure behind the wall with no visible signs - exactly what I needed for a peaceful stay. The breakfast was acceptable, but more options could be offered to make it more appealing.

All in all, everything was satisfactory during my stay at this hotel.

The advertised continental breakfast has lots of room for improvement.

This was a very clean hotel room with adequate facilities. I was in town so my daughter could visit and have a sleepover at Whittier College and I needed a place to spend the night. It was close to the College and conveniently located near great restaurants. I am glad I found the place. It was fairly quiet and met my needs. I would stay hera again.

The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast. a great value for the price.
